We currently deliver across:

Meerut
Nearby local & regional areas
Selected PIN codes (depending on courier availability)

For areas outside coverage, delivery may depend on partner couriers.

2. Shipping Time

We try our best to deliver orders within 1–3 business days (location-based).
Fresh and perishable items are usually delivered same day or next day whenever possible.

Delivery times may vary due to:

Weather conditions
Traffic delays
Logistics partner issues
High-demand days

3. Shipping Charges

Local Delivery (Meerut): Low or no delivery charge (varies by order amount)
Nearby Areas: Charges depend on distance & courier rates
Free shipping may be available during offers or minimum order value

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown during checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you before dispatch.
Orders placed after 4 PM may be processed the next day.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

A delivery attempt may fail if:

Customer phone is unreachable
Wrong address provided
Customer unavailable at the location

In such cases, customer must contact support to reschedule delivery.

7. Inspection on Delivery

We highly recommend checking your order at the time of delivery.

If you receive:

Wrong items
Missing items
Spoiled products

You must report it within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
